Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and business development activities.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of success in sales and business development.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
