NIEC Indonesia is seeking a passionate and dedicated Freelance Teacher to join our team in Nusa Dua, Badung, Bali. As a Freelance Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of various ages and proficiency levels. This is a flexible part-time position, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse group of learners and contribute to their educational growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of students.,Create and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials to support student learning.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, diversity, and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field.,TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Fluency in English (both spoken and written).,Experience working with diverse learners and backgrounds.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

Teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) certification is a plus.Experience with online teaching platforms and tools.Knowledge of Indonesian culture and language is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and abilities.
