📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor and report sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
