📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage banquet operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution.,Ensure high standards of service and quality are maintained throughout all banquet events.,Manage and lead a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience.,Prepare and present banquet menus, ensuring they meet the highest standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in banquet services.,Ensure all banquet events are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of local customs and cultural norms in Bali.,Familiarity with banquet software and event planning tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
