📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all cash handling activities, including counting, depositing, and reconciling cash.,Ensure the accuracy and security of all bank transactions and financial records.,Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and bank staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Monitor cash levels and implement measures to prevent shortages or excesses.,Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cash and banking services.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling and banking operations.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools.,Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Leadership and team management skills.
