📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide Level 3 support for mission-critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing tools such as Splunk, Nagios, and ServiceNow.
- Monitor system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance application scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and address system bottlenecks.
- Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for support processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and rapid response to critical incidents.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distributed systems and fintech.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support, with a focus on distributed systems and fintech.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability best practices.
- Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
