📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to meet operational needs.,Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
