📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training methods.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Creative and innovative approach to training program development.
