📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety regulations.Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.Train and develop staff to ensure they are providing the best possible service to customers.Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the restaurant remains competitive and relevant.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.A proven track record of success in managing a profitable and efficient restaurant.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.A passion for food and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
