📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user access, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement workflows, approval processes, and automation tools to streamline business processes.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration, with a focus on system configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and the Salesforce Mobile App.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations with other systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
