📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Conduct regular sales audits and implement strategies to improve sales performance.,Manage store finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement new ideas to enhance the customer experience.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or food service industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is required.
