📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing menu plans.,Supervise and mentor junior chefs to ensure high standards of food preparation.,Oversee inventory management and ensure timely procurement of ingredients.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in the development of recipes and culinary techniques.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
