📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor new sales staff to ensure they meet company standards and goals.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and tools.,Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
