📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, and customer service.,Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Managing and mentoring the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.,Monitoring financial performance and preparing reports for senior management.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Leading and inspiring the team to achieve the company's vision and mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
