📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and develop graphic design concepts, layouts, and illustrations for print and digital media.,Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.,Prepare and maintain design files and assets for various platforms and formats.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.,Conduct market research and analyze design performance to improve future projects.,Prepare presentations and reports to showcase design concepts and strategies to stakeholders.,Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.,Manage and mentor junior designers, if applicable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail.,Understanding of design principles and typography.
