The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to selecting and onboarding new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them improve.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.,Coordinate with management to ensure that HR practices align with business goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and reports.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).,Previous experience in a leadership or management role is a plus.
