📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing the tax operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize tax positions and minimize tax liabilities.
• Conducting regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.
• Preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Monitoring and analyzing tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential opportunities.
• Providing tax advice and guidance to other departments and stakeholders.
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all tax-related transactions and activities.
• Collaborating with external tax advisors and consultants to stay updated on tax developments and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using tax accounting software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
