Lead Warehouse Manager

Lingkungan Tono Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth supply chain operations, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy.

This is a full-time position located in Matraman, Jakarta. The salary range for this role is Rp 21.000.000 – Rp 29.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy in warehouse processes.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Proven track record of managing inventory and supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.
