📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient medical records.
• Maintain and organize patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Medis or similar.
• Assist in the implementation of clinical documentation improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for patient record management.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical records and healthcare regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical records coordination or a related role.
• Certification in Medical Records or Health Information Management from a recognized institution (e.g., AHIMA, HIMSS).
• Proficiency in using EHR systems such as Medis or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
