CV Persada Maha is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage logistics and ensure the smooth operation of our fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and fueling.,Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Participate in regular fleet reviews and meetings to discuss performance and improvement opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
