📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed,Develop and implement training programs for staff,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance,Ensure that the restaurant's image and reputation are maintained

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management,Ability to work well in a team and independently
