📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality product.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
