📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design and deliver effective learning solutions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure learning programs meet organizational goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
