📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet our quality standards,Collaborate with the marketing team to create user manuals, white papers, and other promotional materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience with API documentation is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
