📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts with delays of up to 210 days, working closely with clients to negotiate and resolve outstanding debts.
• Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies, leveraging data analytics and advanced tools such as CRM systems and debt recovery software.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our debt collection efforts, providing regular updates to management and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring the efficient and effective recovery of assets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset management and debt recovery, applying this knowledge to enhance our strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or debt recovery, with a proven track record of success in managing delinquent accounts.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and advanced tools such as CRM systems, debt recovery software, and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
