📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect finished furniture pieces for defects, damages, and deviations from design specifications.
• Conduct quality checks using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes.
• Document inspection results using quality control software like SAP QM or similar systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor junior quality control inspectors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient quality control operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture quality control or a related field.
• Proven experience with quality control tools and software such as SAP QM.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
