📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, servers, and networking devices.
• Monitor and maintain network security and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Manage and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and network diagrams.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software, including ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Proficient in using IT support tools and software, including ServiceNow, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
